In case you missed my full post with pics here Celeste, My DIY Co-sleeper, basically I measured up my existing bassinet for the box and cut the pieces out of 7mm MDF. I measured the height of my bed and mattress so I knew how tall to make the legs. I cut one side of the box in half and hinged it together to flip down and after rigorous sanding and painting, hot-glued thin foam to the inner walls and placed a 15cm thick foam block inside for the mattress. I do have detailed plans that others have asked for in order to build their own, which I’m happy to give away for free provided you agree to certain terms and conditions. Send me an email if you’re interested. Use the contact me form if you are.

I’ve been studying cosleepers for weeks, so I can make one for my granddaughter, who is a week old now. Your design is by far the best I’ve seen. Congratulations!
Like it. How did you make it?
