Having Elfie stay with us over the Christmas break sure was exciting. Never knowing where he’ll end up next was certainly a highlight for the kids. Our Elf on the Shelf visitor certainly got up to some hi-jinx, which in retrospect, may be a lot to sustain in the future.
And as successful as we were in capturing him moving in real life earlier, we thought we’d try our luck again on Christmas Eve.
Goodbye Elfie
Like all good Scout Elves, Christmas Eve was the night he’d hitch a ride back to the North Pole with Santa until next season. So, we knew he had to go and setup our camera to see if we could nab him going out the back door.

And as luck would have it, we did manage to film him again as he farewelled us all til next year. Safe travels, Elfie.
